Qinghai Tibet Train (Lhasa Express) T28 Lhasa to Beijing

We have taken the Lhasa Express in 2007. The sleeping compartment for 4 was reasonable as we were a group of 12, and also the journey on the next day went fairly quickly.

We had very nice sunny weather and could observe the changes in the nature during the trip.

As the railway cars are pressurised, there is no need for extra oxygene supply.

We were at the end of rainy season, there was no snow on the mountains we crossed, but we could see snowy mountains ( above 6000 meters) on the horison.
